Former Shin Bet deputy chief Yitzhak Ilan said that 'Jewish terror eventually hits the Jews as if it was a boomerang' during a radio interview on Sunday. Speaking with 103FM radio, Ilan said that [Palestinian] suicide-bombings only began after the Baruch Goldstein massacre at the Cave of the Patriarchs in 1994. 'We are a state, not a terrorist group,' he said, 'if Arabs did it it's good for Shin Bet to prevent it and if they are Jews the Shin Bet is bad and there's a need to protest against it?' He asked rhetorically.
