The Israeli Air Force has struck a Palestinian cell that had launched incendiary kites towards Israel from the northern Gaza Strip, the IDF Spokesperson's Office said in a statement Sunday afternoon. 'The IDF gravely regards the launching of incendiary kites and balloons, and will continue to act with increasing force to counter these terror operations,' the statement said.
