Joint List members to boycott Czech president's Knesset speech

Members of the Israeli-Arab party the Joint List decided not to participate in the special session of the Knesset plenum, in which the president of the Czech Republic Milos Zeman will speak, choosing to boycott the speech, the party said on Monday.
The members explained the decision, claiming it stemmed from Zeman's opposition to a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders with east Jerusalem as its capital.
Zeman is scheduled to address the Knesset on Monday afternoon
