Blue and White MK Ofer Shelah said that 'it would be far better if the High Court did not disqualify Netanyahu from forming a government,' according to Ynet. Shelah added that 'A prime minister with this indictment is publicly disqualified, and we will not sit with him [in a coalition]. But it is better for the public to decide this, not the High Court.'
