Meretz party leader Tamar Zandberg announced that she has officially been asked to speak at the November 3 Yitzhak Rabin Memorial event held in Tel Aviv's Rabin Square. 'The Rabin rally is a meaningful event that cannot be imagined without Meretz's participation,' Zandberg said in a statement. 'Meretz represents hundreds of thousands of Israelis who follow Rabin's path of peace.' Zandberg had earlier expressed outrage about not being invited to the event.
