Yoav Kish 19. Haim Katz 20. David Bitan Likud is the largest and most diverse party in the Knesset and has led the country under Prim Minster Benjamin Netanyahu since 2009. Most of those on the list of top 20 are currently in the government with the exception of former Minister of Internal Affairs Gideon Sa'ar and former mayor of Jerusalem Nir Barkat.
