Rocket alert sirens were sounded in southern Israel on Thursday evening. Initial reports stated that sirens were heard in Kfar Aza, a kibbutz 5 km from the Gaza border. The IDF spokesperson also commented on the sirens, saying that there was indeed a launch detected from Gaza.
