The ministers of the security cabinet will meet on Sunday to discuss ways and means to solve the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and to discuss UN envoy Nickolay Mladenov's proposal for a reconciliation between Hamas and Fatah, the Jerusalem Post's sister publication Maariv reported on Thursday.
