Shahr Ayalon, head of Israeli Railways, resigns

Shahar Ayalon, the CEO of Israel Railways, resigned today, Kan reported on Monday.
Israel Railways did not provide any further details regarding the resignation.
Ayalon previously served as Fire and Rescue Commissioner, Deputy Inspector General and Commander of Tel Aviv District in the Israel Police force.
