South Korean President Moon Jae-in said on Thursday morning that a second meeting between the US and North Korea would soon be a turning point and could bring peace to the peninsula. He said the same of North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un's visit to the South Korean capital. Jae-in stated that the South Korean government would cooperate with the US to resolve the sanctions problem. It was reported in August that South Korea sent 1 billion won (about $893,240) worth of sanctioned material to North Korea.
