WASHINGTON, Jan 27 - The U.S. Treasury Department said on Sunday it lifted sanctions imposed on aluminum firm US Rusal plc, En+ Group plc and JSC EuroSibEnergo, three companies linked to Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
