Servicing three generations of satisfied customers, Magdaniat Pe'er is Jerusalem's oldest bakery. Back in the day, Magdaniat Pe'er set up its first branch in the German Colony, where they recently expanded with a small outdoor garden set in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
There is also WiFi for anyone who wants to surf the web while sipping coffee and savoring the taste of sweetness. What differentiates Magdaniat Pe'er as a quality bakery shop is the heart and soul they put into every pastry, and the homey feeling that customers get with every bite.
Magdaniat Pe'er serves up cakes, sugarless cookies, pastries with whole wheat flour, all sorts of bourekas, breads, danishes, decorative cakes for any occasion such as birthday and events, many of which are sold only abroad. Magdaniat Pe'er has recently opened two branches in Mahane Yehuda market (33 Etz Haim St. and 19 HaEgoz St.) serving unique and stylish coffee and of course all the delicious sweets to go along with it.  For every purchase above 50 ILS you receive a free coffee (applies to the HaEgoz branch only.)
