Ahead of sold-out Tel Aviv concert, pro-Israel band Sabaton tours Jerusalem's Ammunition Hill with soldiers

Swedish metal band Sabaton met with IDF soldiers at Ammunition Hill on Thursday morning.The musicians of the Grammy-nominated band are ardent Israel supporters. They are especially famous for penning several songs praising and celebrating the IDF. Their 2006 song "Counterstrike," from their landmark Primo Victoria album, recounts the lightning victory the IDF accomplished in the 1967 Six-Day War.Ahead of their sold-out show Thursday night in Tel Aviv, the band, led by singer Joakim Brodén and bass player Pär Sundström, visited Ammunition Hill, the site of one of the bloodiest battles of the Six-Day War.The Jerusalem Post ran a live feed of the meeting.
