We remember

“It is obvious that the war which Hitler and his accomplices waged was a war not only against Jewish men, women, and children, but also against Jewish religion, Jewish culture, Jewish tradition, therefore Jewish memory.”
― Elie Wiesel, Night
On 27 January each year, we remember those who suffered, who were murdered on the most brutal manners, we remember those who became ashes, we remember those who died just because they were Jews.
It is International Holocaust Remembrance Day, day of tears, day of remembrance, and day of tragedy which happened while many were watching.
On the other hand, now, when there is Israel there is no fear that someone can do that horrific historical crime again to Jews.
We remember all those non-Jews who suffered with Jews and who were murdered just because they wanted to be on the side of justice, to save lives of innocent.
We remember those who supported horrendous crimes, sitting and doing nothing.
We remember kids who were yearning searching for their parents.
We remember that Nazi regime had no mercy and has killed many children without any regret.
We remember those who try to run away but were shot.
