Do Not Leave Our Fate To Others!.......
This is not about the Palestinians, if it were the international community would see to it that the Palestinians enjoy the same quality of life, freedom, safety and security that the leaders enjoy in their own nation that are promoting a Palestinian state and not allow the Palestinians to live under the cruelty and poverty of Abbas, the PLO and Hamas. Israel does not need world leaders to speak for them or the Palestinians, they can talk to each other on their own. Only Israel calls the shots on this issue, and none other.
World leaders are out of line. Have any of these guys asked the Palestinians what they want, a life under Abbas, or a life as an Israeli Arab? Those that demand Israel to set aside land for a Palestinian state well understand such a move will put Israel in harms way, leading to its destruction. There are no benefits or relief for Israel or the Palestinians in meeting the demands of Obama and the EU. Both these parties have only bought destruction to our region in their attempt to dominate policy. This is not about the Palestinians, it is not even about the ability to purchase Arab oil and trade, it is only about denying the Jews a homeland. Israel is the only source for improving the lives of the Palestinians, everyone else uses them for political gain, keeping them oppressed, in poverty and under cruel conditions to win support for their own agenda.
Under UN guidelines Jews are indigenous to Israel, Palestinians are not. The UN defines an indigenous people as having a continuously occupied ancestral lands, a common ancestry with original occupants, a distinct common culture, a distinct language, a religion that emphasizes spiritual ties to the land, and a genetic connection to a specific people. The Palestinians are migrates and conquerors of Israel.
Article 80 of the UN Charter implicitly recognizes the “Mandate for Palestine” of the League of Nations. This Mandate granted Jews the irrevocable right to settle anywhere in Palestine, the area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, a right unaltered in international law and valid to this day. Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria, Gaza and the whole of Jerusalem are legal. The International Court of Justice reaffirmed the meaning and validity of Article 80.The International Court of Justice has consistently recognized that the Mandate survived the demise of the League of Nations. ICJ Advisory Opinion of July 9, 2004, regarding the legal consequences of the construction of a wall in the West Bank stated, neither the ICJ nor the UN General Assembly can arbitrarily change the status of Jewish settlements as set forth in the “Mandate for Palestine,” an international accord that has never been amended. All of western Palestine, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, including the West Bank and Gaza, remains open to Jewish settlements under international law. If International laws and agreements cannot be upheld and honored, then no law or agreement has any value, and no negotiations are worth participating in and signing.
For both reasons, the UN guidelines on indigenous people and Article 80 of the UN Charter, should end all talks about creating an independent Palestinian state from within Israel's borders and move to talks about a Palestinian state outside Israels borders, where Israel may or may not take part in its deliberations.
It's a no “Brainier,” first we remove the UN from the UNRWA camps, apply Israeli law, help the residence their elect a governor and govern each camp, Israel provides all their needs, infrastructure, protection, security, safety, freedom, civil rights, heath care, education, human services, and cash, it becomes an Arab community. Then Abbas, the PLO and Hamas are removed, imprisoned or deported. Israel schools Palestinian leadership for the PA and Gaza, establishes autonomy, attaches it to its economy, improves their lives, applies Israeli law, encourages global industry to set up shop there and now we have “Peace”! Those that object, can do as they wish outside Israels borders, Israel will help them with that as well!
