The program for visual communication in space at the School of Design and Innovation at the College of Management collaborated for the first time with the fashion brand Urbanica. As part of this collaboration, students selected products from the new Urbanica collection and created content and advertisements for them using an artificial intelligence tool for the first time.
This marks the first instance of such collaboration between a fashion brand and student content creators. Upon completion of their work, students presented their projects to a panel, including Urbanica management, which played a role in determining their grades. Outstanding projects were included in the digital publications of the collection.
Urbanica expressed pride in participating in the collaboration with the college, providing a platform for visual communication students to create content for their advertisements. They encountered a talented group of students with innovative ideas, reflecting Urbanica's commitment to innovation and staying at the forefront of trends in the industry. Opening their collection to students represents a new venture for Urbanica, of which they are proud to be pioneers.
Michal Kasital, Head of Internship for Visual Communication in Interior Spaces, emphasized the importance of bridging academia and industry in the realms of design and creativity. Such collaborations benefit both students and commercial companies. Kasital thanked Urbanica for their successful cooperation and highlighted the exciting utilization of artificial intelligence by students in creating their videos.
