The culinary education center is preparing for the holiday with two special and, of course, delicious meetings (Friday, June 7, from 9:00).

The "Fish and Cheese Celebration" workshop led by Il Lavi will focus on its namesake (smoked salmon wrapped in phyllo filled with asparagus or sea bass fillet stuffed with leek, mushrooms, and saffron), adding blue cheese soufflé with caramelized pears, eggplant terrine filled with feta cheese, and baked kohlrabi with camembert and honey, and ramping up with elaborate desserts like kadaif mille-feuille, mascarpone cream, berries, and reduced balsamic. Price: NIS 500.

Roni Freddy Mordechai's "The Perfect Cheesecake" workshop will provide all the secrets for the ultimate dessert - from no-bake cheesecake and kadaif nests with whipped cream and berries to a baked white cheesecake that comes out of the oven especially tall and airy. His promise. Price: NIS 480.
