Walla has unveiled a new sports app under the brand "Walla Sports" ahead of a year filled with major international sports events. These include exclusive digital broadcasting rights for Euro 2024 and Copa América, as well as coverage of the Paris Olympics and other top leagues worldwide.

The new app is part of Walla's 2024 initiatives, which include a rebranding effort launched last April. This sports app features a completely new design, visual language, logo, and updated color scheme. It promises users and sports fans an innovative, high-quality, and enjoyable content consumption experience, integrating unique technological features.

To enhance the app's functionality, Walla has partnered with two leading sports technology companies: the Israeli sports-tech giant Sports WSC, known for creating engaging vertical-format game highlights edited and broadcasted during the game itself, and the popular sports app 365Scores.

Walla's sports app incorporates WSC's story highlights, allowing users to view engaging game highlights, edited and broadcasted live, including for the Israeli Premier League, the English Premier League, and all matches of Euro 2024 and Copa América.

The collaboration with 365Scores has made Walla a reseller of 365, significantly boosting Walla's advertising and exposure offerings to advertisers. This partnership allows Walla to maximize exposure to a segmented sports-loving audience, while integrating 365's live results and content components into the new sports app.

Walla's new sports app will enable users to watch real-time highlights of all Euro 2024 matches, as they happen, along with comprehensive content, live updates, and in-depth coverage of the tournament. The launch will be accompanied by a campaign across Walla Group's platforms and commercial TV channels.
