The Cafe Cafe Group has won the tender to manage and operate a coffee shop in the dining area of the duty-free zone at Terminal 3, Ben Gurion Airport. The group will open a new premium branch of their brand, investing approximately NIS 5 million.
The established Cafe Cafe Group, with about 16 culinary brands nationwide, received the news of their victory in the tender for the coffee shop in the dining area at Ben Gurion Airport's Terminal 3.
The network will introduce a premium culinary brand that aims to set a new standard in the baking and coffee industry, with an investment of around NIS 5 million.
The location will feature a modern design to become a leading destination for coffee and culinary enthusiasts at the airport. All pastries, desserts, and additional food products will be freshly baked on-site by pastry chefs throughout the day.
This new brand and the investment in opening the branch will allow the Cafe Cafe Group to cater to coffee and food lovers passing through the airport. The substantial investment is intended to meet customer demands and expectations.
The new branch will be kosher, offering both sit-down service and takeaway options. It is scheduled to open in about three months, just in time for the upcoming summer season.
Ronen Nimni, owner of the Cafe Cafe Group, said: "We thank the tender committee for choosing us as the brand to lead the coffee shop sector in Terminal 3 at Ben Gurion Airport. We intend to open a luxurious and exciting culinary complex that will offer the highest level of coffee and pastry products and leave a delightful taste for all travelers departing from Israel."
