The wonderful Italian pasticceria celebrates chocolate with an extravagant display led by Davide Durbini. Expect treats like the Girolle al Cioccolato (a spiraled cocoa puff pastry with mascarpone cream, hazelnuts, and chocolate), Roché dessert with a crispy dough base, chocolate, hazelnuts, and praline, rich chocolate tart with a layer of chocolate flan, hazelnut praline, and caramel ganache, Biscotto alla Nocciola (cocoa sable, hazelnut praline, and milk chocolate), and a Duplo snack with hazelnuts and milk chocolate.

2. Regev, Herzliya

Regev Yitzhak's Italian restaurant is celebrating with unforgettable chocolate-themed desserts. Alongside the pizzas and pastas, enjoy Belgian chocolate pizza with ricotta and toasted almonds, as well as mascarpone-filled ravioli with white chocolate, raspberry coulis, and dried raspberries.

This Carmel restaurant celebrates with a special, indulgent chocolate menu. Highlights include chocolate tart with a crispy almond dough base, salted caramel, peanuts, and chocolate ganache, brownie sandwich with ice cream and cocoa crumble, chocolate fudge cake, and classic soufflé, Paris-style.

The renowned chocolate chain steps up with a new dessert for the celebration and the summer. The Bueno and Chocolate Sundae (NIS 62) is a decadent creation of milk chocolate ganache, fudge brownie, Bueno cream, milk chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, and waffle balls, set to sail through the hot season. Also featured are Tropical Mango Sundae, Banana and Salted Caramel Sundae with toffee sauce, Blondie Crème Brûlée with ice cream, pretzel-nutella milkshake, and mango and whipped cream milkshake.

The excellent indulgence chain amps up its usual offerings with a highlight on chocolate cakes, based on cookie dough and other extravagant creations. Featured items include Snickers Cookie Pie with dark and milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chocolate-nut filling, Kinder Zebra Cookie Pie with Kinder sticks, Lotus and Oreo Cookie Pie with white chocolate chips, and vegan Cookie Pie with dark chocolate chips filled with nut cream, Lotus, and Oreo. The popular German brand celebrates much more than one day, entering summer with a focused and decadent chocolate solution through the importer Guri. The Freeze Me Edition urges you to freeze (for about two hours) its three flavors—strawberry, vanilla, and dark chocolate with hazelnuts.
