Bosch has introduced its new premium Accent Line series, showcasing advanced technologies and unique designs with a focus on functionality. This new series, launched at the EUROCUCINA exhibition in Milan, includes built-in appliances like steam ovens, microwave ovens, integrated dishwashers, German-made refrigerators and freezers, induction cooktops, range hoods, vacuum warming drawers, and integrated coffee machines. Each appliance features a clean, sophisticated design with a clear design language and high-quality finishes, including black carbon steel and glass.
The cooking solutions in the Accent Line series blend style with high functionality. For instance, the induction cooktops feature touch screens for precise temperature settings. The Glass Protect Surface coating significantly increases the durability of the cooking surface, reducing scratches from utensils or abrasive sponges. The PerfectFry Plus sensor ensures accurate frying and prevents pots and pans from overheating once the desired temperature is reached. The innovative FlexInduction technology adapts the heating element to the size and shape of the cookware.
The built-in ovens offer a wide range of cooking options, including steam cooking (Steam Function Plus), which can reach temperatures up to 120°C, preserving vitamins and minerals in the food. The Air Fry function allows for crispy cooking without the need for oil or butter, and the Sous Vide function offers even more cooking possibilities.
The ovens feature a dark glass front, an aluminum handle, and a digitally engraved control ring on the glass panel. For added convenience, the series includes a bright TFT touch display, an operating system in Hebrew (and various other languages), and colorful images for easy navigation through different settings. Additionally, the series offers connectivity to the HOME CONNECT app, allowing remote control of the oven.
Other notable features include an integrated camera inside the oven, enabling users to monitor the cooking process directly from their smartphone. With the HOME CONNECT app, the oven can be connected and the camera operated remotely, allowing users to keep an eye on their dish without having to check frequently. Users can also take photos during cooking and share them with friends at the touch of a button. The Individual Browning feature lets users select their preferred level of browning for selected foods, using a new baking sensor to monitor humidity inside the oven and automatically set the optimal cooking mode for cakes, quiches, and more. Thanks to AI technology, the camera predicts the remaining cooking time and turns off the oven when the dish is ready.
For the first time, Bosch is offering a series of integrated refrigerators, including models with push-to-open doors, eliminating the need for handles. The refrigerator-freezer units feature a built-in Sabbath mode with halachic approval and also offer connectivity to the HOME CONNECT app for remote control.
