The Tunisian sandwich is a masterpiece, with its secret lying in the quality ingredients. A perfectly crisp baguette (this time, we're skipping the fried fricassee), boiled potato, hard-boiled egg with a bright yellow yolk (not grayish), and fresh rocket that adds a subtle, sharp bite to the palate. Along with high-quality spreads, this sandwich is simply irresistible.
