In a moving ceremony at the Anu Museum, Recanati Winery launched JACOB, its flagship wine named in honor of the owner's father, Jacob. Produced in limited quantities, this wine marks a pinnacle for the winery.

For decades, partners in both business and life, Lenny Recanati and Uri Shaked, have shared this name as a tribute to their father, a man who inspired them deeply. Jacob, crafted from carefully aged vintages, will soon grace store shelves with a mere 3,000 bottles, each aged for over 5 years.

Along with Lenny Recanati and his wife Shira Perber, and Uri Shaked and his wife Rachel, their children and extended family members were excited, including their nephews Udi, Leon, and Yudi Recanati.

The event drew a distinguished crowd from the business world, including Reuven Krupik, CEO of Bank Hapoalim, Tal Granot, CEO of Hot, Amalia Zarca, Director of the Business Contributions Fund at Patrick Drahi, Chilik Sherer, CEO of Kesher, Ofer Eitani, CEO of Carmel, Michael Lubovich, Deputy CEO of Kfarpor, Zeev Rotstein, former CEO of Sheba Medical Center, Roni Karni, Marketing Director of American Express, and many others.

Following heartfelt remarks by Recanati and Shaked, journalist Hila Korach shared stories of their fathers and the profound influence each had on their lives. Attendees were treated to a tasting of this highly coveted and unique wine, priced at a recommended 499 shekels per bottle, guided by the expertise of the winery's head winemaker, Kobi Arviv.

Journalist Elmoog Boker concluded the event with his captivating lecture, "The Battle for the Home."
