The fashion brand BA&SH is releasing a special white and summery capsule collection in collaboration with retired American athlete Allyson Felix.

Felix, who retired two years ago, now dedicates her time to protecting pregnant athletes and the children of athletes, inspired by her powerful and moving life story. In 2018, Felix, while pregnant, was rushed to an emergency C-section, where doctors fought to save her and her baby's lives. After the birth, Nike, which had sponsored Felix throughout her career, cut her salary. As a result, Felix left Nike and published an article in The New York Times, calling for the protection of pregnant athletes.

Since then, she has founded SAYSH, a company producing sneakers designed for mothers constantly on the move. The new collection was launched in Paris about a week ago.

Barbara and Sharon, the founders and designers of the BA&SH brand, resonated with Felix's messages. They all understand and believe that motherhood doesn't detract from women's entrepreneurial spirit but fuels and enriches it. Felix's birth experience inspired her to launch her brand, while Sharon and Barbara work to provide resources to women in education, health, and business through an entrepreneurial organization called Women are Fundamental. This collaboration, where models are photographed wearing SAYSH sneakers, is a natural fit.

BA&SH's style has been bohemian since its inception, emphasizing the comfort and quality of fabrics. For the past two years, they have released a white capsule collection every summer, targeting brides seeking a casual look.

This year, in honor of the Olympics taking place in Paris, they decided to shoot the white collection at one of the city's athletic stadiums. The collection includes items made of thin knitted cotton and silk, cotton pieces adorned with crochet, golden sandals, and matching bags.
