Carmel Winery: A Family-Friendly Experience
Carmel Winery invites the entire family to visit the ancient wine cellars at their site during Hol Hamoed. Explore both new and seasoned barrels, and be captivated by the winery’s rich history intertwined with the story of Israel’s agriculture and industry. Visitors will also have the chance to taste the winery’s unique wines.
Adults will enjoy three types of wine, while children can savor a glass of grape juice.

Yatir Winery: For Adults Only
Yatir Winery, one of Israel's most notable and unique wineries, invites you to enjoy a desert-style Sukkot experience. As part of the visit, you’ll enjoy wine tastings accompanied by a personal cheese platter and have a chance to meet the winery staff. Please note, this tour is for visitors aged 18 and above. All tours are by appointment only.

Alexander Brewery invites you to enjoy Israeli beer and pizza during Hol Hamoed. Every Friday, the brewery offers two tours that include a guided explanation of the beer production process, along with tastings directly from the tap. You can also enjoy a cheese platter alongside your beer.

Psagot Winery: Wine and Lifestyle
At Psagot Winery’s impressive visitor center, you’ll find a café offering a dairy menu, premium coffee, fine wine, and more. Adjacent to the center is a wine shop and lifestyle complex. During Sukkot, on October 21-22, experience a fascinating tour in both Hebrew and English, which includes views from the winery’s balcony, a visit to the wine museum, and an engaging look at modern wine production. Please note, the tour does not include wine tastings.

BeerBazaar Brewery: Sukkot Festival
BeerBazaar Brewery will host a Sukkot Beerfest celebration with unique event-only beers, live music, and a festive atmosphere. Over three days, the brewery will feature drinking games, a new beer launch, and a live performance to close out the events.
Additionally, the brewery will hold a family-friendly festival, FamilyFest, in the mornings, offering workshops, performances, activities, and guided brewery tours, as well as tours of the nearby Hatzorfim factory.

As every year, Meltzer Beer House will celebrate Oktoberfest with special festivities during Hol Hamoed Sukkot. The beer house will be decorated with Oktoberfest-themed decorations, and visitors will enjoy live performances and a special festival menu featuring items like Bavarian pretzels, fried chicken, sauerkraut, and a half-meter sausage.
During the festival, 50 types of draft beer will be available, with the overall beer list expanding to 230 varieties. This will include limited-edition Oktoberfest beers from breweries such as Spaten, Weihenstephaner, Benediktiner, and Franziskaner.
A special collaboration beer called GoGo Apricot—an IPA brewed with apricots—will also debut. This beer is a joint effort between Hungarian brewery Horizont, Meltzer Brewery, and newcomer Chalutz Chadash from Be’er Sheva. It will be available in cans and on tap in Israel and Hungary.

Wine and Stories in Tel Aviv's Hatikva Neighborhood
Gad Tsabari, an Israeli athlete and wrestling competitor in international events, is one of the survivors of the Munich Olympics massacre, where 11 Israeli athletes were murdered. Gad’s story of survival has turned into a success, and today, he resides in the Hatikva neighborhood, where he produces his own wine and alcohol for personal enjoyment.
In honor of Sukkot, Gad invites you to his neighborhood to share the stories of the local community, his family traditions, and, of course, to pour some of the wine he crafts himself.
