APRIL, one of Israel’s top skincare and fragrance retailers, has obtained the exclusive franchise rights to the popular fragrance brand Escentric Molecules. This gender-free fragrance line, highly sought after both domestically and internationally, was previously unavailable in Israel after its local distribution ceased several years ago. The acquisition represents a significant expansion of APRIL's brand portfolio in Israel, bolstering its position in the high-end fragrance market.

Escentric Molecules was founded by German perfumer Geza Schoen, who gained recognition for a unique technology based on single molecules. Unlike traditional perfumes that blend various fragrant ingredients, this technology creates a scent that changes depending on an individual's skin chemistry, making the fragrance unique to each wearer.

Launched in 2006, the brand offers several perfume series, the most famous being Molecule 01, which is based on the molecule ISO E Super, developed in IFF laboratories. In recent years, Escentric Molecules has expanded to additional markets in Europe, North America, and Asia, with its perfumes sold at leading fragrance and fashion stores, including major department stores like Liberty in London and Barneys in New York.

Merav Eliyahu, APRIL’s Chief Marketing and Trade Officer, stated, “We are proud to add Escentric Molecules to the APRIL brand family. This is another step in our strategy to bring the world’s most coveted fragrance and beauty brands to Israeli consumers under one roof, with a commitment to product authenticity and top-quality service.”
