Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein on Thursday decided not to appeal a Jerusalem District Court decision not to allow the State an extension in order to appeal the ruling in the Tzachi Hanegbi corruption case.The State had previously decided to appeal a verdict which cleared Hanegbi of fraud charges but missed the deadline to do so because of the State Prosecutor's strike.
