The Kremlin said on Thursday that any signs that foreign countries were in talks with the Belarusian opposition would be a sign of interference in Minsk's internal affairs. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said intra-Belarusian dialog was needed first and that Russian contact with the opposition would also constitute interference.
