Attorney Hoshea Gottlieb was appointed as president of the commission of inquiry into opposition head Benjamin Netanyahu's "Submarine Affair," Israeli media reported on Tuesday.
Gottlieb previously served as High Court Chief Justice Esther Hayut's media adviser.
