COVID-19 Israel: 4,283 new cases, 216 in critical condition

The Israeli Health Ministry reported 4,283 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday.  

As of Tuesday morning, there were 216 patients in critical condition, 75 of whom are intubated. 

The death toll rose from 10,630 to 10,647 between Monday and Tuesday.
