Train tracks, located near the Bedouin village of Tirabin al-Sana in the Negev, were blocked off with stones on Sunday evening, Israel Police said.
No injuries or damage to infrastructure were reported.
Israel Police noted that two minors, both residents of nearby Bedouin city Rahat, were arrested and charged in April for a similar incident.
