State to appeal decision not to remove Jewish worshippers from Temple Mount

The state will appeal the decision of the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court not to remove Jewish men who prostrate themselves at the Temple Mount, the government secretariat said on Sunday night, according to Ynet.

Justice Zion Sahrai relied on Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai's argument in favor of freedom of worship for all on the Temple Mount, also known as Al-Aqsa, the report added.
