A 24-year-old riding an electric scooter was killed by an oncoming vehicle in Afula in northern Israel on Monday morning, Hebrew media reported.
MDA paramedics that arrived on the scene confirmed his death.
The driver of the vehicle, around age 40, was taken to the hospital after feeling unwell following the accident, Maariv reported.
