A 50-year-old man drowned in the "Tahara" mikvah in the Mea Shearim neighborhood in Jerusalem on Friday afternoon. Medical teams that were called to the scene performed CPR him but were eventually forced to determine his death.
Police forces that arrived at the scene began investigating the incident and collecting findings. A preliminary investigation does not reveal any suspicion of criminality.
