Israeli terror attack victims show marked improvement in hospital

Two of the shooting victims in the Neve Ya'acov attack, the 15-year-old minor, and 20-year-old Matan Ben Eliyahu, son of the late Raphael Ben Eliyahu, are in moderate condition, Army Radio reported on Monday evening.
