Housing prices in Israel will soon start to fall and more Israelis will be able to buy apartments, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said Tuesday at the mortgage consultants conference in Eilat.
He explained this will be due to addressing credit difficulties, simplifying and shortening the processes for planning and getting a license and maintaining economic viability in the periphery.
