Protesters against 'National Guard' plan block Kaplan Street

Dozens of individuals protesting against the National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir's plan to establish a "National Guard" under his control and the talks concerning efforts to reach a compromise on the judicial reform blocked Kaplan Street in Tel Aviv on Wednesday evening.
