An indictment has been filed against an IDF soldier for the death of his fellow soldier 19-year-old Cpl. Baruch Kabrata, who was killed at the hands of the indicted in a gun negligence incident earlier this year.
The indictment was handed down on Monday morning to the soldier, whose name remains anonymous. He has also been indicted for obstructing the investigation after allegedly trying to prevent a team member from providing details about the incident to the police.
