The terrorist that shot and injured two American immigrants near Huwara on March 19 was indicted on Sunday for attempted murder.
Laith Nassar is accussed of shooting 18 bullets at American-Israeli and former US Marine David Stern and his wife as they traveled in their car near Huwara.
Stern suffered bullet wounds on his head and hand, but had managed to shoot and injure the terrorist. A nearby soldier had also managed to shoot Nassar at the same time.
