The Jordanian MP who was arrested at an Israeli border crossing last week for allegedly attempting to smuggle gold and weaponry is not entitled to be represented by an attorney at the current stage of the probe against him, the High Court of Justice said on Wednesday evening.
Ruling in favor of the Shin Bet's position, the High Court noted that the investigation in its current stage does not allow for the declassification of information, including to state-employed attorneys.
