A petition by NGO Regavim to stop the day of disruption anti-judicial reform protest was rejected by the High Court of Justice soon after it was submitted on Wednesday, the organization said.
“Yet another display of why the judicial reforms are so necessary,” Regavim wrote on Twitter.
The petition had asked the court for an injunction against organizers of the Thursday protest to stop the event, for Israel Police to take action against roadblocks, and the Attorney-General’s Office to pursue indictments against those engaged in “incitement.”
