Around 70 Palestinians attacked Israeli farmers at Yair Farm settlement in the northern West Bank on Friday afternoon.
One Israeli was injured in the incident and was treated at the scene shortly after Israeli forces had arrived.
The head of the Shomron Regional Council, Yossi Dagan, responded said that "It's unthinkable that farmers cannot roam freely in the territories of our country. This is a serious case of attempted lynching that ended in a miracle.
"I expect the security forces to locate the perpetrators and bring them to justice," he continued.
