Three soccer fans were arrested on suspicion of launching fireworks toward the hotel where a rival soccer team from abroad was staying in central Jerusalem on Wednesday night, according to Israel Police.
Police arrived quickly at the scene after the fireworks were launched and spotted a car in which the suspects were sitting. After spotting the police, the suspects attempted to run from the scene, before being stopped by police.
Police found used fireworks in the vehicle.
