Foreign Minister Eli Cohen will depart on Sunday for Bahrain in his first state visit to an Abraham Accords country, the Foreign Ministry said.
In his visit, Cohen will meet with his Bahraini counterpart in Manama along with other kingdom officials.
In addition, the foreign minister will inaugurate the permanent residence of Israel's Embassy in Manama and will sign a number of memorandum of understanding agreements between the two nations in various fields.
