Russia is revoking ratification of nuclear test ban treaty - parliament speaker

Russia is revoking ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty because the irresponsible attitude of the United States to global security, Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of the lower house of the Russian parliament said on Tuesday.

The Russian parliament will debate revoking the ratification later on Tuesday.
