Blinken, S. Korea official discussed 'provocative actions' by N. Korea

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met on Wednesday with South Korea National Security Advisor Cho Tae-yong, and strongly condemned North Korea's "provocative actions" on the Korean Peninsula and its provision of military munitions and supplies to Russia, the State Department said.
