An indictment was filed against a resident of Jaffa and a resident of Qalansawe on Tuesday after the IDF and Shin Bet arrested them one month ago on suspicion of identifying with a global jihad terrorist organization and intending to carry out terrorist activities in Israel and abroad.
The indictment was filed at the Magistrate's Court in Kfar Saba.
The two were caught in Turkey and were transferred by local law enforcement officials to Israel, where an investigation was opened against them, which revealed that the two planned to join jihadist terrorist organizations in Syria and that they studied many of the organization's terror techniques as part of their preparation for combat.
