The Israeli government confirmed its intention on Thursday to carry out the planned rotation in the Foreign and Energy Ministries, with the rotation set to be approved in Sunday's cabinet meeting in Jerusalem.
As part of the rotation agreement, Foreign Minister Eli Cohen will switch to the Energy Ministry, with Energy Minister Israel Katz taking his place as Israel's top diplomat.
