Israel Police reported an incident regarding a suspicious object near a vehicle in Bat Yam on Thursday evening.
Bat Yam station policemen and officers from the Tel Aviv bomb disposal unit have closed off adjacent streets and are handling the scene.
An investigation was opened to find out the source of the object.
