A Hamas delegation headed by Ismail Haniyeh, along with the Deputy Chairman of Hamas in Gaza, Khalil al-Hayya, arrived in Cairo on Tuesday, Hamas announced on its Telegram channel.
Al-Hayya led the Hamas delegation in the Cairo ceasefire talks earlier this month.
According to Hamas, the delegation will hold discussions with Egyptian officials regarding the war, how to end Israel's "aggression," providing relief to Palestinian citizens, and "achieving the goals of our Palestinian people."
